Itinerary

Day 01 : Arrive Leh

Arrival at the Leh airport (Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport), pick up and transfer to the pre booked hotel. Day free for leisure and body acclimatization. Evening proceed to visit Shanti Stupa, Leh palace and Leh local market. Night stay in Leh.

Day 02 : Leh Local ( Sham Valley )

Visit Magnetic Hill, Hall of Fame, Gurudwara Pathar Sahib and The Sangam of Zanskar and Indus River. Night stay in Leh.

Day 03 : Leh to KhardungLa to Nubra Valley (125 KM / 5-6 Hrs )

Morning after a leisurely breakfast at the hotel, drive to Nubra Valley via Khardung La (Highest Motorable road in the World, 18,380 ft) and continue driving till Hunder Village. On arrival at Nubra valley, check in to the Camp. After lunch, enjoy the beauty of sand dunes one can also enjoy double hump Camel Safari. Night stay at camp in Nubra Valley.

Day 04 : Nubra to Pangong via Shyok ( 165 KM / 06 Hrs )

Today we will be following the same route towards Leh till we reach Khalsar. From the Agyam bridge, we will take the left route which leads us to the villages of Shyok and Durbuk. The road after Shyok is good but very steep. After Durbuk, take left towards Tangtse and follow the traditional route. Drive further to Pangong Lake, one of the largest and most beautiful natural brackish lakes in the Himalayas. Situated at 14000 ft, more than half of the lake is within Chinese Territory and only one third part lies in India. Explore the lake area and explore some rare wildlife. Night stay in camp at Pangong.

Day 05 : Pangong Lake

Early morning enjoy the picturesque view of the Sun rise on the lake. Full day free to explore the surroundings. Night stay in camp at Pangong.

Day 06 : Pangong Lake to Tso Moriri Lake ( 255 KM / 07 Hrs )

Post breakfast drive Tso Moriri via Chushul & Korzok. Evening visit beautiful Tso Moriri Lake and its surroundings. Night stay at Tso Moriri.

Day 07 : Tsomoriri – Tsokar – Taglangla – Leh ( 235 KM / 7-8 Hrs )

Morning after breakfast drive back to Leh by Korzok Village & Puga Valley. Continue to drive to Tsokar Lake and Tanglang La Pass (17,585ft), which is the 2nd Highest motorable road in the world. Arrival at Leh by evening. Stay overnight in Leh.

Day 08 : Leh

Early morning transfer to Leh airport with sweet memories of Ladakh.
