Sonar Quila (Golden Fort) in Jaisalmer

Itinerary

Our representative would pick you up at the airport or Railway station, as intimated by you earlier. Check-in at the hotel, and you can relax for a while, having food in the process. Post lunch, we make our way to the Mehrangarh Fort, which is a historic landmark in Jodhpur, with lovely attractions. The architectural style of Mehrangarh Fort, beautiful intricate carvings, and various palaces are all very typical within the Fort.

More essential than Fort, is Sun and Garh. Mehrangarh Fort Museum is a series of beautifully decorated and built palaces, which also represent the architectural style of the Rajput. Prominent palaces in the museum include Moti Mahal.

There are now seven gates to enter Fort Mehrangarh.

The white marbled architecture is a Rajput clan memorial site. Maharaja Sardar Singh designed this cenotaph in the 19th century. Someone can visit this memorial on their trip to Jodhpur, which has a temple-like architecture.

Jaswant Thada is an excellent example of the beauty of architecture. The construction was totally out of white marbles that are so perfect that the entire building's exterior surface gives off a warm glow during sunlight.

Sardar market in Jodhpur town is situated close to the clock tower, which is one of the city's real landmarks.

We return to our hotel for a nice dinner and sleep.
Jaisalmer is a famous tourist spot in India's northwestern Rajasthan province.

Thanks to its bountiful golden dunes and castles clad in golden honey sandstone, it is known as the 'golden city.' Jaisalmer is full of lakes and Jain temples and havelis.

Check-in, have dinner, and sleep well.
The Jaisalmer Fort stands as a citadel, and narrow alleys surround them. These have been inhabited for centuries by people who live there. With shops that sell colorful crafts and Havelis to help you travel back in time, Jaisalmer is a conglomeration of the wild culture, history, and adventure of the Indian desert

Jaisalmer has lakes, lined with Jain temples and Havelis. During the day, the large yellow sandstone walls of the fort are a tawny lion hue. It is also known for this purpose as the Sonar Quila, or Golden Fort

Within Jaisalmer Fort, there are 7 Jain temples built during the 12th-16th century with yellow sandstone.

Jaisalmer's Laxminath temple is for the worship of the gods Lakshmi and Vishnu. These are big houses mostly constructed with ornate sandstone carvings by wealthy merchants in Rajasthani towns and cities in north India. Many intricate havelis graved from yellow sandstone are abundant in Jaisalmer. Some have many floors and numerous rooms with windows, doors, arches, and balconies. Some havelis are museums today.

The Patwon Ji ki Haveli, the architecture of the Jaisalmer havelis, is the most significant. Gadsisar Lake was a brain wave of the Rajput founder of Jaisalmer, Rawal Jaisal . Today, Gadsisar Lake is Jaisalmer's most stunning tourist destination. On the lake, banks are temples, chhatris, shines and ghats that make it beautiful.

Sam Sand Dunes is a must-visit in the Rajasthan state, one of the most popular tourist attractions in Jaisalmer.

If you go to the 'Golden City,' then you must take advantage of a Desert Safari because you miss any fun, if you don't explore the vast Thar on your camelback.

The highlight of the Jaisalmer tour is visiting the Sam Sand Dunes. The best time before sunset, 4-6 p.m. or before sunrise, is generally said to be about 4-6 am.
After a good night's sleep and tasty breakfast, We're enroute to Bikaner to explore Rajasthan desert, best Camel Safari from Bikaner! Camel Safari by Rao Bikaji is at reasonable prices.

Rao Bikaji Camel Safari is an exciting journey in the Limitless Sand Ocean of Rajasthan.

The Junagarh Fort Bikaner is a majestic building that saw the rise of Bikaner city. The Phool Mahal is the oldest castle in the fort of Raja Rai Singh, and Anup Mahal served as the headquarters of the administration of the Kingdom.

The Laxmi Niwas Palace sits 1.6 miles from the junction of the Bikaner Railway. Chandra Mahal is the town's most spacious and esthetically pleasing palace.

Camel Breeding Farm is 8 km from the center of Bikaner town. It is recognized as the Government of the Camel Breeding Field and is one of the largest camel breeding camps in Asia. The Indian Council for Agricultural Research founded the farm in 1984. The center's single purpose is the breeding and training of camels in a 2000 acre area. NRCC's key objectives are camel breeding and wellness, camel dairy use, and the use of camel milk by-products such as ice cream, and that's innovation at it’s best.

Dinner and sleep greet us at the hotel.
It's day five and we freshen up for our trip to Jaipur. We check out of the hotel in Bikaner and check into a hotel in Jaipur.

We are off immediately to the City Palace, where we can access only the ground floor. The City Palace in Jaipur came up during 1729 and 1732 under the reign of Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II. The palace is the home of Jaipur's royal family, a center for the patronage of arts and learning, an essential place for worship. It houses a museum showing the collection of Maharaja Sawai Man Singh II Museum.

The network of buildings has many significant courtyards and amazing structures such as Chandra Mahal, Sarvatobhadra Chowk, Mubarak Mahal, Sabha Niwas, Pritam Chowk, and much more. The museum has five gallery sections, namely Textile Gallery, Sarvatobhadra, Sabha Niwas, Sileh Khana, and Gallery of Painting and Photography

Textile gallery shows a vast array of Indian textiles from the last three centuries. Sabha Niwas, a space used by the Maharaja of Jaipur for ceremonial gatherings, shows furniture, works of art, medals, and garments. Sileh Khana displays the arms and armor set, which includes weapons, firearms, spears, swords, maces, and more. The Gallery of Painting and Photography is a new addition to the building. Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II built Jantar Mantar, Jaipur, and he created five other observatories in various parts of the country.

The one in Jaipur is the biggest of all while the one in Mathura seems to be nearly in ruins. He gathered atmospheric data from European and Persian nations to accomplish this mission and analyzed the same. The grounds of the museum include a museum store, called the Palace Atelier.

We are tired now, and we make our way back to the hotel.
Hawa Mahal was built by Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh in 1799 A.D. The entrance is through the City Palace, where the doors open on three sides into a large spacious courtyard with two-story buildings. There are 953 windows. Hawa Mahal did not have any foundation. In reality, it is the world's tallest building without any foundation. Because of its curved form, the five-story building manages to remain upright—yet another masterpiece of the Architecture of Rajput and Mughal. Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh built it in 1799 by Lal Chand Usta. They designed the palace in such a way that the ladies would observe festival celebrations and all other street events without being seen. More importantly, the windows allow the breeze to flow through the palace and help keep it fresh. Thus it is a perfect summer home. Hawa Mahal exhibits a rare mix of architectural styles, Mughal and Rajput. Hawa Mahal palace is dedicated to Krishna, and therefore in the shape of the crown of Lord Krishna.

Our mission now is to travel to the Amber Fort. It served as the capital of Jaipur in the past. From there, we can rejoice in Elephant rides as those huge creatures take you around the vicinity of the fort. We checked out of the hotel, with a very heavy heart, and made a solemn promise we would return.

Conclusion : There is immense satisfaction in a tour across Rajasthan. The weather does not misbehave, and everything is on schedule because we are dealing with Rajasthani’s who know how to welcome tourists.
